A bus crashed and overturned near Keda, the village of Tskhemna, injuring approximately 10 people, who were later taken to the hospital.
Police were mobilized at the scene.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the investigation is in progress under the article 276, part 2 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which implies violation of traffic laws and road safety resulting in health damage.
Crime is punishable by fine or home imprisonment from 6 months to 2 years or imprisonment up to 3 years, with deprivation of the right to take ruling position or the right to work for the term of up to 3 years.
