A man in his late fifties has reportedly been killed in a car accident in the village of Kurtskhali, the Khulo municipality. The man died on the spot, and two were injured after a truck veered off the road.
The investigation is in progress under part 6 of Article 276 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, envisaging violation of traffic laws and road safety, resulting in death.
