The Catholicos-Patriarch of all Georgia Ilia II is creating The Mtskheta-Tbilisi Diocesan Council, which will operate on a permanent basis, according to the Patriarch's Order published by the Patriarchate of Georgia. The Council is set to discuss all acute issues in the Diocese.
