A citizen attacked the Deputy Mayor in the building of Rustavi City Hall and physically assaulted Gocha Loria.
The Rustavi City Hall confirms the incident, but the cause of the attack is unknown.
Police were called to the scene.
An investigation launched under Article 126 of the Criminal Code, which stipulates violence.
