Georgia's breakaway region of Abkhazia recorded 66 new cases of the novel coronavirus in a single day after 206 people were tested.
A total of 129 patients are now under treatment at Gudauta hospital, 25 patients with severe COVID-19.
The region has so far registered 5,798 cases, 3,671 recoveries, and 79 deaths.
