Georgia's breakaway region of Abkhazia recorded 90 new cases of the novel coronavirus in a single day after 269 people were tested.
A total of 119 patients are now under treatment at Gudauta hospital, 30 patients with severe COVID-19.
The region has so far registered 5,648 cases, 3,654 recoveries, and 74 deaths.
