"The Council is working to determine regulations, which will not cover fully vaccinated citizens," Giorgi Gibradze, Chief of the Operational Staff of the Interagency Coordination Council, told a journalist asking him if citizens with COVID passports are set to enjoy some privileges in Georgia.
"You know, the second stage of vaccination is now underway, and at this point, it may be premature to list precise measures planned to be taken; however, the Council is working to determine regulations, which will not cover fully vaccinated citizens," Mr. Gibradze declared.
