Dimitri Khundadze, the member of the Majority said that it was decided to vote on constitutional changes related to the transition to a proportional electoral system in the Parliament while meeting in the office of Georgian Dream.
“As always, the Georgian Dream found a solution. Democracy won, there will be free voting", Khundadze said.
