Doctor Levan Ratiani: Unfortunately, we face this situation today

Director-General of the First University Clinic Levan Ratiani says that they have no vacant beds in the clinic.

In Ratiani's words, as few as 30% of hospital beds were full a month ago, but pressure on hospitals has peaked lately.

''Unfortunately, we face this situation today. We have ended up without vacant beds. This, usually, is not permanent, and healthy patients are discharged, but pressure on the hospital has dramatically increased lately. We have no vacant beds left.

All 40 beds for patients with severe and extremely severe health issues in intensive therapy and resuscitation units are full,'' Mr. Ratiani said.
