Doctor Zurab Guruli: This is immensely agreeable news

US-based Georgian doctor and professor at the Mississippi University Zurab Guruli has elaborated on their decision to lift a five-day quarantine on Abkhazia's boundary line in his social media post:

''Lifting a five-day quarantine on Abkhazia's occupation line is immensely agreeable news, but we cannot be grateful for this.

This is not enough. Free public transport transporting people to nearest regional centers and social assistance headquarters, where they will get their pensions and other financial assistance, are also mandatory.

The five-day quarantine must also be lifted on the Samachablo occupation line!!!''

Instead of the five-day quarantine, citizens entering the Georgia government-controlled territory from the occupied region will be subject to antigen tests and involved in the voluntary vaccination process.
