Georgia receives $ 150,000 worth of medical equipment from the Republic of Korea

In the framework of the fight against COVID-19, Georgia received $ 150,000 worth of medical equipment, 76 infusometers, and 48 units of electrocardiographs from the Republic of Korea as humanitarian aid.

The received medical equipment is intended for the management of resuscitation patients, including diseases complicated by COVID-19.

The Ministry of Health representatives, together with the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Georgia, Chung Daesoo, inspected the medical equipment at the Tbilisi Republican Hospital.

According to the Ministry, equipping medical facilities with the latest equipment in terms of an effective response to the pandemic is an important process for developing and strengthening the healthcare system.
