Georgia's Central Election Commission releases statement

Georgia's Central Election Commission conducted reorganization to improve structural units' efficiency, a statement released by the commission reads.

"The electoral administration has redistributed functions in such a way as to make the professional activities of each structural unit even more effective," the CEC said in a statement.

On March 5, a meeting on this process was held at the Election Administration. The commission decided on a new list of staff, the amount of remuneration, and an estimate by a corresponding resolution.

The decision and respective legal act will take effect on March 15, 2021.
