The Georgian Railways has denied information on their alleged refusal to allow the State Audit Office to enter the company as untrue.
According to the statement by the railway, the State Audit Office has entered the Georgian Railways in 2016 for inspection, and despite different legal positions, the railway did not hamper it from holding the audit.
''Especially, considering the fact that the Georgian Railways has not been on the list of companies to be subject to audit since 2018, the Georgian Railways shows readiness to cooperate with the State Audit Office and provide it with all required information,'' the statement reads.
