According to the Prime Minister's administration, Giorgi Gakharia met with Elizabeth Rudd, the acting Ambassador of the United States, to Georgia.
The parties discussed the achievements and plans of US-Georgia bilateral cooperation during the past year.
During the meeting, Gakharia and Rudd focused on recent developments in the Middle East and security issues.
The meeting was attended by Liz Zentos, the Head of Political-Economic Department of the US Embassy and Irakli Chikovani, the Advisor to the Prime Minister of Georgia on International Affairs.
