As Georgia’s Road Department says, articulated and semi-articulated vehicles are not allowed at the Gudauri-Kobi highway for the snow and icy road.
All other vehicle owners are free to enjoy the road.
The National Environment Agency says that vehicles should pass the Gudauri(Posta)-Kobi road without a stop, via anti-avalanche tunnels.
Patrol police crews will monitor and coordinate the movement.
