An Isani District Governor's opinion says that the Vazisubani apartment building in Tbilisi is fit for habitation following a blast. Its residents are set to be returned to their flats tomorrow, with electricity and gas supply to be restored there gradually.
Four were injured following a blast in one of the Vazisubani apartment buildings. Residents were evacuated. Reports say that a gas leak resulted in an explosion; however, Tbilisi Energy Ltd refuses to verify the reports.
An investigation is underway.
