"Vaccination is very important for opening up the country's economy and returning to a normal life," US Ambassador to Georgia Kelly Degnan told journalists.
According to her, by providing more information, the vaccine will become more acceptable to the public.
"We think it's important to give people the right information about why vaccination is safe and important in fighting a pandemic. The more information there is available to the public, the stronger the interest in vaccination will be. The number of people seeking vaccination is already growing, as it has happened in the US and Europe. So I'm sure the more information people get, the more vaccinations the community will get," Kelly Degnan said.
