Allergist/Immunologist Bidzina Kulumbegov says that easing of restrictions will not deal a severe blow to the country if the public follows recommendations. However, in Kulumbegov's words, if citizens refuse to perform hand hygiene, wear facemasks, control social activities, the virus transmission dynamics will be as high as in the fall.
