Lelo movement members Alexandre Milorava and Misho Kavtaradze have reportedly been assaulted in the Batumi municipality, with TV 25 having released the video footage.
Lelo members say that the son and nephew of Badri Manvelidze, the majority deputy member Batumi Supreme Council, were involved in the attack. Manvelidze is also a member of the Georgian Dream.
Both Milorava and Kavtaradze are now at the investigative body. The investigation of the case is in progress.
