Meteorologists issue warning on next two days' weather

In Georgia (mainly in the western part of the country), starting the afternoon of February 28 to the afternoon of March 1, there will be showers and west wind.

Georgia's National Environment Agency reports that Georgia will see snow, fog, and a blizzard in the highlands, while in the coastal regions, 2-3 magnitude storms are on the forecast.

Heavy precipitation may cause an increase in the rivers' water level across western Georgia.

In the mountainous zones, avalanches and landslides are expected.
