The Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed the information about the arrest of Giorgi Rurua.
Rurua was detained for the crime envisaged by the Article 236, parts 3 and 4 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which includes illegal purchase, possession of firearms.
According to the part 3, the crime is punishable by imprisonment from 3 to 6 years.
The fourth part is punishable from 4 to 7 years.
