Avtandil Kharadze, the husband of Sopo Kiladze, the Chairman of the Human Rights Committee of the Parliament, was detailed after Sopo Kiladze sued him. Kharadze allegedly breached the restraining order.
Kiladze accused her spouse of subjecting her to physical and mental abuse as early as last year. Kharadze, on his part, blamed her for preventing him from seeing his child.
