Shalva Bolotashvili, the head of the touristic company which organised the fatal Shatili tour has written a post on his Facebook page.
"My life also ended yesterday. This tragedy broke me to pieces. My situation is even worse than theirs. I lost my best friend Sergo. I will never again see my beloved Nutsi and Khatia. Seventeen people's lives are over, and my life ended with them," Bolotashvili wrote.
A minibus fell down a rocky slope from a height of about 80 metres on Shatili road. The accident claimed lives of 17 people. Three people were severely injured.
