As the Minister of Economy informed miners, the responsibility of managing Tkhibuli mines may be assigned on a new company.
According to Minister Natia Turnava, a company experienced in managing mines has already emerged; however, the Minister refuses to name the company and just says that it is Georgian.
Natia Turnava is holding the meeting with the miners at Mindeli mine, who have questions regarding their salaries and the future of Tkhibuli mines.
Tkhibuli miners have been on strike for three days with the demand that their salaries are timely transferred to their accounts.
