“I want to call on the future government and opposition to cooperate and listen to each other,” Georgian Catholicos-Patriarch Ilia II said.
He cast his ballot as he was provided with a portable ballot box.
Ilia II says he hopes the election will be beneficial.
“I look to the future with hope; let God bless Georgia and the whole world,” he concluded.
