Pfizer vaccine is in Georgia

The Pfizer vaccine is in Georgia. The plane loaded with vaccine recently landed at Tbilisi International Airport.

Georgia received 29 250 doses of the vaccine from the United States.

Pfizer vaccination will take place in 4 clinics in Tbilisi, Adjara-Batumi Republican Hospital, and two clinics in Kutaisi.

The first batch of vaccines - 43 200 doses - was received by Georgia on March 13. An additional 86 400 doses of the vaccine are expected to arrive in the country in April. UNICEF assists Georgia in the supply of drugs.
