"The attack on the Lugar Center, especially during the pandemic, when the role of the laboratory is crucial in saving lives, should be considered an inhumane act.
The purpose of the attack was not only to paralyze the laboratory.
It is another attempt to intimidate Georgia. It is also noteworthy that a number of questions are raised about the timing of the attack and the weak hints and attempts made by the Russian side to avoid responsibility for the origin of the substance used in the poisoning of Alexei Navalny.
I urge all relevant structures to investigate the attack on the Lugar Laboratory as soon as possible," the President said.
