Protest near Georgia's government administration over

A protest near Georgia's government administration, the participants of which demanded the lift of coronavirus-caused restrictions, has been over.

One of the rally organizers, Gega Salukvadze, told reporters that the government is given a 48-hour term to change the decision [on the restrictions].

Otherwise, the protesters say they might piquet the buildings.

"We demand the opening of skiing resorts and lift of those utopic restrictions that harm everyone. We are currently working on further steps if the government ignores our demands," he said, adding that they will declare everything in an hour.
