Protesters have gathered outside one of the cafe restaurants at which the Georgian President is having dinner. Having learned she was there, the activists decided to organize a picket. They are blowing whistles, with the loudest cry coming from them being "shame on you."Neither the President nor other visitors are able to leave the cafe restaurant.
