Relatives leave teen with disability abandoned on streets of Georgia's Karajala village

A 14-year-old teenager with a disability, who lived with his aunt's family, was reportedly refused accommodation and abandoned along a street in the Karajala village, Telavi municipality, Georgia. His mother is undergoing treatment at the Telavi Referral Hospital.

The teenager failed to reach Telavi municipality on his own; locals also refused to help him.

Eventually, the 14-year-old was transported to Telavi Referral Hospital for a COVID test. They will later find a shelter for him in a host family.
