There is a search operation underway. Rescuers are looking for a young man in the Rioni River.
According to the Emergency Management Agency, the search started in the morning.
Ten rescue firefighters and three divers of the Tbilisi Rapid Response Division are involved in the operation.
They are using specialized equipment and drone. The bottom is being scanned using echo sounding.
