According to the Roads Department of Georgia, as a result of the clean-up works, on 68-107 kilometers of the highway on the Gomi-Chiatura-Zestaponi road of national importance, anti-skid chains are not necessary anymore.
The traffic of trailer vehicles and semi-trailers prohibited due to snow and low temperatures, while other cars can use the road freely.
Traffic is free on the rest of the road as well.
