Traffic restrictions have been imposed on some road sections of the Zugdidi-Jvari-Mestia -Lasdili highway, according to the Roads Department of Georgia. These road sections are as follows: km182-km186 Kala-Ushguli road section, with all modes of transport being banned here; km70-km182 Khaishi-Kala road section, with trailers and semi-trailers, and buses with more than 30 seats being banned, and km90-182 Dizi-Kala road section, with vehicles with anti-skid chains, allowed here.
Traffic flow is permitted on km1- km70 Zugdidi-Khaishi road section.
