Mikheil Saakashvili's personal physician Nikoloz Khipshidze, who left ex-president Saakashvili's prison cell a while ago, says that the latter's health condition has not changed since yesterday, and the Consolium will decide whether he needs hospitalization.
In his words, the Concilium will discuss the issue tomorrow.
Mikheil Saakashvili was detained on 1 October. He declared a hunger strike 18 days ago.
