Tbilisi City Hall releases a statement.
"Due to the rehabilitation works in Vake Park, a celebration of the Victory Day over Fascism will not be held this year.
Due to this situation, this year, it will be possible to honor the memory of the victims of the Second World War in the Veterans Culture and Recreation Park (Kikvidze)," the statement reads.
