Tbilisi Mayor discharged from clinic

Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze has been discharged from the clinic.

He says he feels better and continues treatment at home.

He thanked everyone for supporting and all the doctors and nurses that contributed to his treatment.

In his words, he does not plan to continue treatment abroad.

Earlier, Kaladze posted on his Facebook page that he had been diagnosed with vertebrobasilar insufficiency and vestibulopathy.

Later, Cardiologist Professor Zurab Pagava said Kaladze had not been diagnosed with vertebrobasilar insufficiency.

Reports said Kaladze's final diagnosis was cochlear-vestibular dysfunction of ischemic nature.
