Tengiz Tsertsvadze: ' I beg you to stay at home'

An increase in coronavirus cases is likely to be witnessed in the next week, with this increase not expected to be dramatically high, Tengiz Tsertsvadze, the General-Director of the Infectious Diseases Hospital said this in his statement.

"We had once registered 32 cases and 40 afterwards, with this being the pandemic peak here so far. I am using the word so far; however, my colleagues are more optimistic and hopeful and think that the pandemic has already peaked here," Tsertsvadze said, adding that staying at home is a must.

"I beg you to stay at home, and unless urgent necessity surfaces, avoid social situations," the Director-General stressed.
