Healthcare Advisor to the UN Secretary-General Giorgi Pkhakadze says that unless the corresponding measures are taken, a tough new year is looming on the horizon for Georgia.
"When I say something, I have evidence corroborating my statements. A tough new year is ahead of us unless urgent measures are taken. I hope that sound judgment will soon prevail," Pkhakadze declared.
