Vice-speaker of parliament Davit Sergeenko says that he is against the COVID green pass that grants citizens a permanent green status as this comes into conflict with specialists' opinion on the issue.
In Sergenko's words, vaccination halves transmission risks and reduces risks of patients developing severe symptoms 30 times.
The vice-speaker stressed that the likelihood of COVID-recovered people not catching the virus again is not high, which is why giving them permanent green passes is unreasonable.
