The Administration of the Mtskheta-Mtianeti State Representative has released a statement saying that the water supply services have been suspended to some settlements at the Dusheti municipality after heavy rain caused water supply issues on March 24. The United Water Supply Company of Georgia has suspended services to customers for security reasons.
The statement goes on to say that the technical support team is carrying out efforts to resolve the issue.
Specialists say that water supply services have been resumed to Passanauri town, and running water will soon also be supplied to Zhinvali, while it is set to resume in Dusheti tomorrow.
