Workers have gone on strike on the construction site of a Rikoti tunnel.
Around 40 workers have demanded a pay rise for two days now. Employees say that they have to work in unbearable conditions, with their remuneration being as little as GEL 22 daily. They require a pay rise of GEL 10.
However, the Chinese company said that they lack resources to meet the strikers' demand.
