A young man has beaten his wife in Gori, Shida Kartli region, Georgia.
The eye-witnesses say the man was under the influence of alcohol. Police and emergency brigade were called in at the scene.
The neighbor of the affected said the facts of violence often take place in this family.
‘The woman was injured and was all bloody… we, the neighbors have not slept all night long,” the neighbor said.
As the Georgian Interior Ministry has told report.ge, investigation has been launched. The man faces about two years in jail.
