A young man in his mid-30s has reportedly fallen from the 12th floor of a multi-story building in the vicinity of the Karvasla Shopping Mall, Tbilisi.
A witness told Report.ge that the man hanged himself, the rope broke under his weight, and he fell from the 12th floor. When the ambulance and police crew arrived at the scene, the man was dead.
