The Blitz Tournament Grand Chess Tour is over.
On the second day of the competition in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia, the chess players played nine more rounds.
Azerbaijani chess player Shakhriyar Mamedyarov scored 6 points. In the 15th round, he met the 13th world champion, Garry Kasparov. Shakhriyar defeated the opponent.
Mamedyarov finished the tournament on the 6th line with 19 points. The winner of the competition became Maxime Vachier-Lagrave. He led the tournament with 23 points.
