126 migrants arrested on the Libyan coast

The Libyan coast guard detained 126 migrants on the Mediterranean coast, 60 kilometers from Tripoli. 118 men, 4 women and 4 children were going to cross Libya with a boat to reach Europe. Migrants from Africa were taken to temporary detention camps.

This is the second case of detention this week. Lately, Libya has become a major transit point for migrants. Migrants are fleeing war and starvation from their home countries.
