127 people die in clashes in South Sudan

At least 127 people have been killed in clashes between locals and the military in northern Sudan, which lasted for two days. France-Presse reported information about the incident.

The conflict took place due to the military operation in which weapons were to be confiscated from the population of the state of Warab. A group of young people refused to disarm, which escalated into clashes.

Among the dead are 45 military personnel.
