70% of Afghan deputies are COVID-infected

The majority of Afghan National Assembly deputies, particularly up to 60-70%, are confirmed coronavirus-positive, 1TV News informs based on the Prime Minister of the West Herat Province, Simon Barakzai.

One of the private hospitals of Kabul informed the TV channel that some government and parliament members who visited the clinic for screening turned out to be virus-positive either.

According to the last data, the number of COVID-infected people is 34,366, and the death toll is 994.
