The Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of Azerbaijan has decided to restrict access to the Internet nationwide, local media outlets say under the department's press office's statement.
"We hope that the Azerbaijani citizens to understand the restrictions that may currently arise," the statement reads.
