The coronavirus infects all clerics of Kyiv-Pechora laura of Moscow Patriarchy in Ukraine. The monks of the Academy of Theology located on the territory of the laura are also infected as well as the teachers and students of the Academy, 150-200 people in total, write Ukrainian media.
According to Mitropolit of Ukrainian Orthodox Christian Church, Kliment, three persons have died.
It is already three weeks the Kyiv-Pechora laura is in quarantine.
The total number of COVID-infected people in Ukraine is 8,617; the death toll is 209.
