On Latvian Public Television, during a live broadcast of one of the programs about coronavirus vaccines, the amphetamine formula was written on the screen. Leading researcher at the Institute of Organic Synthesis, Kristaps Jaudzems, jokingly responded to this mistake.
"Someone joked and added amphetamine to the coronavirus vaccine," the chemist said.
The story itself did not mention the prescriptions for the coronavirus vaccine.
It appears that the amphetamine formula was used as a template in the preparation fr the show.
The channel has not responded to the incident so far.
